Q - Are there any paid employees?
A - Currently all of the individuals on our board and on our various committees are volunteering their time to our cause.
Q - How are the funds raised by donations distributed to patients in need?
A - Patients are referred to the Pink Tie Friends through the Breast Health Navigator Program at Martin Memorial Cancer Center. The Breast Health Navigator Program, a free program funded by a grant from the Susan G. When all other financial resources for an uninsured / under-insured patient have been exhausted, the Breast Health Navigator Program contacts the Pink Tie Friends for assistance.
